Terms & Conditions

Life Well Traveled

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Welcome to Life Well Traveled. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before requesting a quote, utilizing our travel planning services, or submitting a payment. By engaging the services of Life Well Traveled and Lacey Morse (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Client" or "Traveler") agree to be legally bound by the following terms, policies, and conditions.

1. Agency Role & Relationship

Life Well Traveled acts strictly as an intermediary broker between the Client and third-party travel suppliers. These suppliers include, but are not limited to, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, wholesalers, tour operators, and transportation companies.

We do not own, manage, or operate any of these travel services. All bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and contract rules of each independent third-party supplier. The Agency is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party supplier, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

2. Quote Requests & Price Volatility

All documents, custom itineraries, and pricing details provided during the planning and consultation phase serve as recommendations and quotes only. They do not constitute a contract or a confirmed booking.

All travel rates, cabin availability, resort room styles, and associated taxes are "live" and highly subject to change by the supplier without notice until a deposit or full payment is officially processed and applied. The Agency cannot guarantee any rate or space until the supplier confirms the reservation following a completed payment.

3. Professional Service Fees

To maintain a high standard of bespoke itinerary design, the following fee structure applies to services rendered by Life Well Traveled:

  • Complimentary Planning: Life Well Traveled provides up to three (3) comprehensive travel itineraries per request at no initial professional cost.

  • Revision Fee: Should the Client request a change in destination or more than three (3) total plan revisions, a non-refundable $50 Planning Fee will apply to cover additional professional research, sourcing, and development time.

  • Independent Flight Fees: A non-refundable service fee applies when flights are booked independently of a land or cruise package:

    • Domestic Flights: $50 per person

    • International Flights: $75 per person

  • Non-Refundability: All professional planning and independent flight fees are earned at the time of the request and are entirely non-refundable, regardless of whether the travel is later canceled, modified, or delayed by the client or the supplier.

4. Client Documentation & Information Accuracy

The Client bears total responsibility for the accuracy of all data submitted to the Agency for booking purposes.

  • Legal Identification: All traveler names and dates of birth submitted via intake or booking forms must match the physical government-issued photo identification (for domestic travel) or valid Passport (for international travel) exactly. Any supplier fees, ticket reissuance costs, or financial losses resulting from naming errors or spelling discrepancies are the sole responsibility of the Client.

  • Passport Validity: For all international destinations, travelers must ensure their passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond their planned return date.

  • Entry Requirements: Clients are solely responsible for researching, obtaining, and maintaining all necessary visas, entry permits, health records, or immunizations required by their destination country.

5. Travel Insurance Disclaimer

Life Well Traveled strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip interruptions, cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage delays.

  • Assumption of Risk: The purchase of travel insurance is a selective choice made by the Client. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance coverage, you accept full financial responsibility for any losses, medical expenses, delays, or penalties incurred.

  • Declining Coverage: Clients who choose to decline recommended insurance coverage may be required to sign a formal Travel Insurance Waiver before final booking documents are released.

6. Airport Arrival & Check-In Mandates

To avoid denied boarding or security delays, clients must strictly adhere to standard airport arrival windows. Clients must arrive at the airport and check in at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled domestic flights and at least four (4) hours prior to scheduled international flights. Failure to meet these check-in windows may result in denied boarding at the client's own expense.

7. Payments & Financial Authorizations

Travel services, cabin blocks, and reservations will not be officially secured until a separate Invoice with a built-in Credit Card Authorization is fully completed, signed, and submitted by the client. The Agency utilizes secure electronic payment gateways to process transactions directly with the travel suppliers.

8. Electronic Agreement & Signatures

Submitting any digital travel request profile, signing a proposal agreement, or proceeding with an invoice deposit constitutes a legally binding electronic signature. By moving forward with the Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
